SpecTech, Inc has received Notice of Patent Allowance for its new Scented Trash Bag Cinch.

This patent may be maintained in effect for 20 years from the filing date. SpecTech, Inc has licensed the rights for the Cinch products for the retail markets.

Licensing the of the commercial/industrial market rights are currently available. Those interested in considering these markets should contact Dan Fullford of Lambert and Lambert.

SpecTech, Inc., Announces International PCT Application Publication

In keeping with company plans to market, license, and sell the Trash Bag Cinch™ product line internationally, SpecTech, Inc. announces the filing of its PCT Patent Application and the publication thereof by the International Bureau.

The filing of the PCT Application was preceded by an International Search Report and Written Opinion in connection with the PCT Patent Application which was quite favorable in that it asserts that it found no patents disclosing such an apparatus. It also ruled that all claims meet the requirements for novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability.

Copies of such written opinions and further information regarding published patent applications are available and should be requested in writing for consideration.

SpecTech, Inc. Announces Publication of Patent Application

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has notified SpecTech, Inc. that their recent application for additional patent claims related to their Trash Bag Cinch™ product line was published on October 23, 2008. This new application is in addition to two previously granted patents, and entitles SpecTech, Inc. to additional certain provisional rights, such as receipt of reasonable royalties retroactive to the date of publication, for patent claims that are infringed by another as of that date, and further strengthens the intellectual property rights and value of the company's product line.

Additional information related to the intellectual property protection of the Trash Bag Cinch™ internationally will be forthcoming.
