Cinch Earns Cooking Club Approval
The new Lemon Scented Trash Bag Cinch has received the Cooking Club of America Member Tested & Recommended Seal of Approval and will be featured in the August/September issue of Cooking Pleasures.
Cooking Pleasures, is the official magazine of the Cooking Club of America, which brings you wonderfully delicious recipes, mouth-watering photography, quick-to-master techniques, and reviews of new products for the kitchen – all tested and approved by its members.

SpecTech, Inc. announces its partnership with My Brands, Inc. (www.mybrands.com) to provide online fulfillment for "direct to consumer" sales.
Michael Kasbohm, President of SpecTech, Inc. stated: "My Brands is a natural fit, and an immediate solution for providing needed 'where-to-buy service' for us to handle growing consumer inquiries for the product while we roll it out to market". SpecTech, Inc. is now negotiating with selected retail stores across the country to carry the Trash Bag Cinch™ product line.

SpecTech, Inc., Announces International PCT Application Publication
In keeping with company plans to market, license, and sell the Trash Bag Cinch™ product line internationally, SpecTech, Inc. announces the filing of its PCT Patent Application and the publication thereof by the International Bureau.
The filing of the PCT Application was preceded by an International Search Report and Written Opinion in connection with the PCT Patent Application which was quite favorable in that it asserts that it found no patents disclosing such an apparatus. It also ruled that all claims meet the requirements for novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability.
Copies of such written opinions and further information regarding published patent applications are available and should be requested in writing for consideration.

SpecTech, Inc. Announces Publication of Patent Application
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has notified SpecTech, Inc. that their recent application for additional patent claims related to their Trash Bag Cinch™ product line was published on October 23, 2008. This new application is in addition to two previously granted patents, and entitles SpecTech, Inc. to additional certain provisional rights, such as receipt of reasonable royalties retroactive to the date of publication, for patent claims that are infringed by another as of that date, and further strengthens the intellectual property rights and value of the company's product line.
